Tiffany House is a nationally recognized tax, estate, and charitable planning strategist who helps families and nonprofits navigate complex financial, legacy, and philanthropic decisions with clarity and confidence. She is the founder of two consulting firms: Tax & Estate Strategy, which guides families and their advisory teams through intricate planning situations—including business transitions, values‑based estate design, tax concerns, and philanthropic strategy—and The Gift Planning Institute, which equips nonprofit organizations to enhance donor engagement, accept complex asset gifts, and build stronger gift planning programs.
Tiffany serves as an Adjunct Professor at The American College of Financial Services, where she teaches Charitable Giving Strategies. She is a sought‑after national speaker and an active community leader. She serves on the board of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners (CGP) and is a Past President of the Arizona Charitable Gift Planners (AZ-CGP). Her leadership and service span numerous organizations, including her participation in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and ongoing personal development work with Landmark. She also mentors through the Arizona Community Foundation’s Endowment Building Initiative (AEBI) and is a proud graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 31.
Tiffany studied Environmental Science at the University of Arizona, where she was awarded a NASA Grant Internship focused on documenting global climate change. After college, she owned and operated Koocanusa Resort & Marina in Libby, Montana, before joining her family’s wealth planning firm, MasterTech Financial. There, she spent two decades working with ultra‑high‑net‑worth families on sophisticated business, financial, estate, and charitable planning strategies. She later transitioned from financial advisory to become a flat‑fee fiduciary consultant—free from product sales and conflicts of interest—founding both The Gift Planning Institute and Tax & Estate Strategy to serve families and nonprofits with greater independence and impact.

We are fee-based consultants who work with the existing advisory team or make introductions to trusted tax, legal, financial and business advisors as needed. We do not sell any products nor write any documents which allows us to collaborate with other advisors rather than compete.
